The Catella Property Group is a leading transaction advisor in European property markets. A staff of more about 300 operates at a total of 27 offices in 15 countries. Our parent company is Catella AB, Stockholm, founded in 1987.

In 2007 the Catella Property Group lead-managed Europe-wide real estate transactions with a total value of approximately €14.7 billion. From 2004 till 2007, we acted as advisor on transactions amounting to nearly €50 billion.  And future prospects are just as promising.
