Kenmore sells nursing home portfolio

Berlin, 5th October 2009. - The investment company Even Rx Properties SCA has acquired six nursing homes, located in Fürth, Schnaittenbach, Maxhütte-Haidhof, Rüsselsheim, Markt Indersdorf and Burg with a total area of approx. 29.000 sqm. The nursing homes were mostly opened in 2008 and have a total capacity of 723 beds. Catella advised the seller Kenmore Property Group exclusively. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
