Regione Siciliana is investing in Belliard 12

Belliard 12, development of COMENTRI SA in the European District will welcome very soon the Regione Siciliana Representation Office to the European Union. Regione Siciliana has purchased a floor in this development. The transaction was advised by Catella.

Regione Siciliana's choice tended rapidly to Belliard 12 which combines the advantages of a central localization in the European District with the possibility of acquiring a part of the building. According to Pietro Pietromarchi, Partner at Catella, "the International Representations such as the Diplomatic Representations and the Representations of European Regions plan a long-term installation in Brussels and search, to this end, for acquisitive or similar options."

Real Estate Analyst at Catella, Pascal Mikse, comments "although the market in the European district suffers today from an abundance of available spaces (that is to say 317.000 m²), paradoxically this offers only few solutions to an occupant in search of small or medium surface for acquisition."

Faced with this situation, Catella with their unique experience with the Diplomatic Representations, drew the various participants attention in the Leopold District (developers and owners) to encourage them to adapt their offer according the characteristics of this market by offering available buildings for sale by floor, because "there exists here a gap between supply and demand, acquisition supply being too rare compared to a continuous expanding demand" adds Pietro Pietromarchi.

Today, with the sale of a floor in Belliard 12, COMENTRI SA follows the early pioneer, Robelco, with its Trône 62, and confirms that the sale by floor is becoming a concrete reality in a market which still suffers from an unfavorable economic situation.
