Jernhusen divests centrally located properties in Sundbyberg to AMF Fastigheter
Last week Jernhusen signed an agreement with AMF Fastigheter regarding the divestment of two properties; Sundbybergshuset and Centralhuset Sundbyberg, both located in central Sundbyberg. Total deal sum is SEK 465 million.
The property located on Landsvägen 40 A (Sundbyberg 2:81) was constructed in 2006, while the Centralhuset Sundbyberg property (Sundbyberg 2:78) was completely refurbished and renovated in 2009. The properties comprise in total 17,000 sq.m. of office and retail premises.
- The sale of the properties is in line with our strategy to develop railway station areas. Through the sale we can release capital that will be reinvested in the transport sector, says Anders Bäck, deputy CEO Jernhusen.
AMF Fastigheter will access the properties at the turn of the year 2010/2011.
Catella has been financial advisor and Hörngren Magnell legal advisor to Jernhusen in the sales process.
